Rapper Curren$y hails from New Orleans, home to southern rap luminaries Juvenile and Master P and B.G. While his clever rhymes and straight-forward flow don't reach the experimental madness of Lil Wayne, the production on his debut Pilot Talk--the rock tinged "Seat Change" featuring Snoop Dogg, the jazzy "Breakfast" with Mos Def and zoned-out "Audio Dope II"--set him apart from his more conventional Crescent City brethren.
