Hollywood-based Ringside specialize in a off-kilter brand of pop/rock, melding atl-rock guitars with dashes of warbled, electronic keyboards and the occasional symphonic choir-style chorus. Such inventiveness pays off in spades: "Money" is a delightfully dirty piece of garage rock, while acoustic guitars and ambient sounds give "Stay" and "Lost Days" an added emotional depth to the tracks' intensely personal lyrics.
