Lupe Fiasco is gearing up for the release of Lasers, his follow up to '07's concept album The Cool. According to XXL.com, the disc will feature collaborations with Trey Songz and British rapper Sway, while The Neptunes will also contribute on the production side.
Lupe explained to Billboard.com that the album's first single, the Modest Mouse-sampling "The Show Goes On," is "a big controversial record ... a lot of ears should perk up on this song. “It really is what the direction of Lasers is all about.” Lasers is due out March 8th.
